Bafa Spring Exhibtion & Art Sale @ The Woolpack

What a wonderful Exhibition!  The Preview was packed and there was a steady stream of visitors throughout the weekend, it helped that the weather stayed on the positive side...  Well done to those members who, on exhibiting for the first time, were pleased to walk off with a cheque instead of their artwork!  

Thank you to everyone who donated £10 in exchange for one of the great Mystery Paintings, our fundraiser in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.  The quality of the artwork was magnificent, we could have sold many of them more than once!  Including Gift Aid, we managed to raise nearly £500!!!  This was boosted by Stuart McMahon of Frame Art Display's generous donation of making the frames at cost price, which added an extra £2 to the funds for each frame ordered. 

 

If you forgot to collect the Mystery Painting that you chose, then they will be available to collect at the June Meeting.
